How fast can I get a cash offer for my car?

Most offers are generated the same day you submit your vehicle details. Once you accept, pickup is usually arranged within one to two business days anywhere in the continental United States.

Do you buy cars that do not run?

Yes. We buy vehicles that will not start, have failed inspection, have body, hail or flood damage, or have very high mileage. Condition affects the offer amount, not whether we will buy it.

Is towing really free?

Yes. Pickup and towing are included at no cost and are never deducted from your offer, including for vehicles that cannot be driven onto the truck.

What paperwork do I need to sell my car?

The vehicle title in your name and a valid photo ID. If the vehicle is financed you will also need the lender details and a payoff amount. Requirements vary slightly by state and we confirm what yours needs before pickup.

Can I sell a car that still has a loan on it?

Yes. The payoff is handled directly with the lender. If the offer exceeds the payoff you receive the difference; if it is lower you cover the shortfall before the sale completes.

How is my offer calculated?

By year, make, model, mileage, mechanical and cosmetic condition, title status, and current wholesale and auction values in your region. The online figure is an estimate confirmed at inspection.

Which states do you buy cars in?

All fifty states. We operate nationwide rather than from a single lot, which is why pickup can be arranged in rural areas as well as major metros.

How and when do I get paid?

Payment is issued at the time the vehicle is collected and the signed title handed over - not days later once the vehicle has already gone.
