These terms govern your use of this website and any vehicle purchase offer made by FGE Services. By using the site or requesting an offer, you agree to them.
Any figure quoted online, by phone, or by email is a preliminary estimate based on the information you provide. It is not a binding offer. The final offer is made after we physically inspect the vehicle and verify its condition, mileage, and title status, and it may differ from the estimate if the vehicle does not match the description given.
You represent that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or are authorised to sell it, that you will deliver clear title free of undisclosed liens, and that the information you give us about the vehicle - including mileage, damage, flood or salvage history, and outstanding loans - is accurate and complete.
Payment is issued once a signed title, valid identification, and any required lien release or power of attorney are in hand and the vehicle has been surrendered. You are responsible for removing personal property from the vehicle and for surrendering or transferring licence plates as your state requires. Until the vehicle is collected and title transferred it remains your responsibility, including insurance.
Either party may decline to proceed at any point before title transfer and payment. Declining does not create liability for the other party.
